Title : Manager of Pharmacy Operations
Reports to Pharmacist-in-charge to assist in maintaining compliance with all regulatory, legal, accreditation, and licensing requirements, and to provide expertise leadership in pharmacy operations including but not limited to sterile
- non-sterile compounding, drug procurement, inventory management, drug diversion prevention. Presides as Designated Person and has all the responsibilities for the Designated Person for all sterile and non-sterile compounding including hazardous and non-hazardous compounding as defined by USP.
- Assists in creating and maintaining pharmacy operations policy and procedures. Participates in medication management traces to assure adherence and compliance with The accreditation standards;
